Description
The state of the economy has led many real estate licensees to turn to property management as an income source. If you’re among that group, it’s important you become knowledgeable about the laws and duties imposed on property managers. The course will cover the residential property manager's role and the legal boundaries that govern the execution of duties. Hear about recent changes in the laws that affect property managers and find out how to handle potential legal situations. Topics covered include Seller/Buyer temporary lease, lease purchase, when to lease and when not to; non-revenue property management, and a review of property management rules
