Description
As a REALTOR® you are more vulnerable than you care to think. Because of meeting strangers and spending a considerable amount of time alone with them, it is important that you know how to practice safety and awareness at all times. In this course, you will learn best practices when meeting prospects for the first time, going on listing appointments, conducting open houses, and other aspects of daily life.

Refund Policy!
A full refund will be issued if written notification is received 72 hours prior to class date, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

* GMAR University Students: A $25 Fee will be assessed to No-Show Registrants.
* A $30 Fee will be Assessed to No-Show registrants.
Cancellation Policy!
- Classes are automatically canceled if there are no more than 10 registrants by 5:00pm 72 hours prior to In-Person class date.
- Classes are automatically canceled if there are registrants by 5:00pm 72 hours prior to Zoom class date.
*When classes are canceled due to No Registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day of.
